Dust particles under glass screen

When I finally convinced them to reship the less expensive ones they were not available so I had to pay more for more expensive ones and they did not take care of me

iPad for husband for Father Day

And, then, Thursday it would not power up. I live in Belzoni, Ms; therefore, I will have to drive to Flowwood, Ms to take it to the store I bought it. This is my third IPad from BestBuy. The first two works great and the third one must have been create on the wrong day of the week.
