Stopped working within 3 weeks

After just 3 weeks of use, the screen went completely blank and it won’t turn on or charge. Very disappointed. I’ll be returning it as soon as possible.

Not good service

The screen protector Best Buy charged us for did not work. Our previous one from Google worked for five years, I wish Best Buy sold them. Tried to get a replacement in store, they said we have to wait for an appointment this weekend. Still waiting.

Fraudulent purchase on my account

A person came into the Kokomo Indiana store and used my phone number without my knowledge, and the employee didnt ask for ID to verify. I am livid that no one stopped the individual and allowed them to use my account to make this purchase.
