The customer service is magnificent and the people are really nice. The Spanish-speaking staff are so lovely; I love going to that store. I really dream of winning something in this life... This 11.6 inch ipad is suitable for work use, student use, and note taking. It works on the latest software making it much smoother and easier to use. The 11.6 inch screen achieves its goal of amplifying apps and ease of use. Its pretty easy to navigate and it accepts any touch pencil and keyboard.

I went back to best buy and they quickly fixed my problem !! They replaced it instantly and this product turned out to be the best thing I had bought . I love the look , how easy it is to use and how easy it was to purchase !
