    The tablet is great but the fact it doesnt have an included adaptor for a headset is just insane. Its a decent upgrade from the same old generations they had for 6 years.

    I recently purchased a new IPad. The salesman & the geek squad were efficient and patient when I couldn't remember my password. I did have to return the next day after I remembered it to complete the setting up of the new Ipad. Once again, they were professional and kind. I would highly rate Best Buy for any purchases.     The purchase was very easy. I just told an associate what I wanted and it was mine in 5 minutes. I bought the iPad for my parent and the ease of set up really impressed him. So glad I was able to get it quickly and use it almost immediately. This iPad was perfect for my dad.
