I purchased an iPad from Best Buy that included a promotional offer for 3 months of Apple Music and Apple TV+. After the purchase I was informed that I was not eligible to redeem the promotion due to prior Apple subscription usage and I was told I would need to wait one year before being able to use it.I contacted Apple support and was directed back to Best Buy. I then contacted Best Buy customer service multiple times and spoke with store management in the digital downloads department. Unfortunately, no resolution, alternative option, or goodwill compensation was offered for the promotional benefit that was included with my purchase but could not be used at the time.The store supervisors Miky and Felix I spoke with was unable to provide any escalation or solution and referred the issue back to Apple policies. Overall, I was left without any usable resolution despite the promotion being part of the purchase expectation lam disappointed with the lack of support and clarity around this promotional offer and the inability to provide any customer accommodation.

Bought this as a Christmas gift. I have a similar older iPad and really like it.

I purchase the iPad for my youngest son. The previous one damaged and it is tooo slow. Best Buy gave me the best deal and I have it at the next day! Great !

I love my new I Pad. Before visiting the store I reviewed the Best Buy web site and already decided on the model I was most likely to purchase. When I arrived at the store an associate quickly found the correct tablet in inventory and had a screen protector installed. I also purchased a case to protect the I Pad and attempted to install my new tablet into it when I arrived home. I could not get the I Pad into the case even though it was the correct size. The next day I returned to the store and was informed that the case that I was sold was not the correct one and an alternative was found in the store which I exchanged for the incorrect one. I was somewhat surprised that there was no acknowledgment from the salesman that the incorrect case that was sold to me in error was the original salesman’s fault, no apology, not even a thank you! Little wonder that brick and mortar stores are failing when employees just don’t care. I could have purchased the exact same I Pad and case on line and saved $50.00, there is little or no incentive to go to the store, stupid me, I won’t make that mistake again!

We bought this item for a Christmas gift. Perfect. Price was right.
