I traded in an older model and I am in love with my new one! I now have more storage space and better speed! The exchange process was also very easy.

Very nice, easy to setup. It was a set by step set up. I had an iPad just like it for 8 years, I like all the new features, it's easy to understand how to open and use them. And the additional memory will be great. The Airdrop feature and software updates are new features that I'm using. And I like that I can add a keyboard. The split view is another new feature that l will be using.

This is my first Apple product. So far, so good. However , I have to charge it quite frequently , as well as the pencil. I tend to watch a lot of videos. Lately the videos are “rewinding” after a few minutes of watching them, and they are “pausing” as well. This is quite annoying. I’ll give the help line(?) a call if it continues.

I lived it so much I bought two. One for me and one for my mom. We tortured if reading off our phones and found this to be the best gift we received ever.

I LOVE this iPad. I got it primarily because my phone is too small to read from. I’m finding additional ways to use it. The 11” screen is not to large and definitely not to small. The graphics are amazing. I also love that all my Apple products sync and I don’t need to go back and forth to devices- I just grab whatever is convenient.
