We made an excellent choice in Purchasing 17 each Apple 11 -inch IPAD A16 chip with WI-FI -128GB. We also purchased 17 each Defender Pro MacGyver Black IPAD Cover which a perfect match for the IPAD. This was an outstanding purchase @ an Outstanding price with absolutely over the top Customer Service from sales Rep. CJ Garbin. The Apple IPADS are a perfect fit for the application we use them for in our Aircraft Maintenance Environment. We have loaded critical Maintenance /work Instructions for the Mechanics to use while working on Aircraft in their IPADS. This prevents the Mechanic from carrying around large manuals and then having to locate their instructions. This saves a lot of time, paper and having to replace the manuals all the time, as the pages get worn out. The IPADS are user friendly, small to carry, durable and prevents mechanic from having to wait for another mechanic to finish using the work instruction manual. This IPAD has proved to be just what we needed to speed up the Maintenance Process allowing for better aircraft availability in order to trainer our Military Student Pilots on time. In summary, I got to experience the best. Best Product + Best Price + Best Customer = Best Buy! The Best in the business. I am extremely happy with the purchase!

I got this tablet for wife's birthday. We both love this tablet! We mainly use it for watching our favorite shows. It has really good image quality as well as sound. She loves the tablets blue color as it is her favorite and matches her phone. I have yet to download any games but i know it will perform flawlessly. I highly recommend this tablet to anyone. Great quality for the price!

Bought for my sister for Xmas and she loved it. It’s like her second favorite thing (first being her cell). She uses it for multiple things and it’s been helpful to use when she doesn’t have a laptop for school work.

This iPad is fantastic! When I ordered the wrong color, I was able to take to the store for efficient service and a quick, easy exchange with wonderful store associates.

Works much like my iPhone so there is very little learning curve. It was challenging to set up even with help from Apple.

The iPad is an iPad and works like an iPad. It's fine, 5 Stars. But, 0 stars for the next day delivery by BestBuy. The iPad was offered to be delivered the next day, so I chose that instead of picking it up at the store. Big mistake. BestBuy sends a tracking number for the next day delivery via Doordash. Next day no delivery. Checking the tracking number at 11pm it show up as still being delivered in 41 minutes and about 66 miles away. The next morning it shows is delayed, last location still 66 miles away. I used chat to find out what was going on and was assured that the iPad was not 66 miles away but in another location and only 32 miles away and would be delivered today (day 2). No show! Chat again the next morning, still delayed. BestBuy was unable to locate the package so I asked to cancel the delivery and refund me. Was told that process would take a few days. The iPad was then delivered via Doordash late afternoon on Day 3. So the iPad is fine, delivery via Doordash sucks. Had BestBuy shipped via UPS or FedEx it would have been delivered the next day and they would have known where it is. Don't trust their delivery date as it's likely a lie so you don't order from Amazon. Order online and pick it up. I ordered another iPad online but for store pickup. Super easy and the people in the store were very nice. Staff very easy to deal with the return of the Doordash iPad.

Bought this for my 8 year old granddaughter and she loves it. Perfect for her needs school and entertainment. Make sure to add the case with the screen protector!
