Have had no issues. tablet works great for everyday use.

Bought for my grandma. She loves it. Everything is bigger than on her iPhone. Only criticism is the large option for the app size doesn’t make the apps that big. She has very poor vision, so I wish we could make the app icons much bigger than they are.

I got this ipad for my mom for christmas and she absolutely loves it. i have one as well and got them both from best buy. this product comes with everything. a new block and a charger for the ipad. the quality is really well and comes it great colors

What's not to like. It's an IPAD. Traded in a 10.2 9th gen. BB offered $140 to trade it in. I was pleased. BB needs to rethink it's accessories though. Very limited and very pricey. Like a Logitech keyboard.

Great iPAD! The color is much more subdued and metallic than the pictres, which I loved. The texture and touch of the display is great and the UI is very easy to use and functional.

I love it as a college student! It is exactly what I need for taking notes in my Class and searching for articles.

Best value for what our grandson uses his IPAD for. He has already commented that it is faster than the one he had before. If you are looking for an alternative - the A16 can fit right in.

Got this as a gift for my grandmother to replace her older model. She absolutely loves it! Had to explain how some things work, but other than that very easy to use for her. Would recommend for personal use or as a gift.
