    This product is great, it has all the major Apple Programs (Pages, Numbers, Face Time etc...)built in which effectively reduces the price of the overall device. It also communicates with other Mac devices you may have.

    Perfect upgrade from the 8th gen my son had. So far perfect for hus everyday needs! Bestbuys trade in of the used device certainly helped as well!

    Excellent hardware. Software still learning to use. Differences in previous software touted as better but so far, more of a hindrance than help but may be related to learning curve. Will see.
