Its still an oldschool ipad with no apple intelligence or other tools

Extremely Poor Customer Service – Felt Like a Criminal I recently visited Best Buy to return a brand new iPad that had a noticeable dead pixel on the screen. From the moment I approached the customer service desk, I was treated with suspicion and hostility. Three employees confronted me, and instead of helping or showing any concern about the issue, they interrogated me as if I were doing something wrong. I pointed out the screen defect, but none of them even looked at the device. They just kept repeating “Where?” with stern faces, making me feel more like a criminal than a customer. This is not the kind of experience anyone should have when seeking help with a legitimate product issue. The employees clearly lacked proper training in both product evaluation and basic customer service. It was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and deeply disappointing. Best Buy seriously needs to improve its staff training and remind employees that they are there to assist—not accuse—customers.

Pretty cool, not really all that useful if you already have an iphone but hey what the heck.

Would great, but needs to charge decently often if it is used for gaming or watching shows.

It wasn’t what I thought it was l, the build quality has definitely not improved. But it’s alright for the price.

ordered the ipad for delivery 2 days later. found out on my own (no direct notification) that my ipad was sent back, apparently due to damage. no replacement was scheduled. took alot to figure out what happened. then found out no replacement would be sent. i had to order another one. i ordered elsewhere and got it delivered same day with no problem. then it took 2 weeks for credit to be put thru to my credit card. too long. all along the way, the chat feature was useless to determine status of things. very disappointing experience.

Nice iPad for the price only issues is I barely dropped it maybe 6 inches and the screen cracked so I’d recommend a case and screen protector at time of purchase

Replaced my ancient ipad for an upgrade. If your looking for just the basics this is for you Great duality as always.

iPad was in good condition. No scratches, no functionality issues. The only problem is the power button has too much play so I will be returning to avoid a costly repair in the future.

Solid choice for school, better to get 256 GB however.

Great color, easy navigate and transfer data. Size and ablity of product is perfect for every day home or school needs.

I am a student and I use it for taking notes. Only way it can be better is that it works with apple pencil pro.

I returned this iPad. Transition from Windows after 10 days did have an impact on my return. Not enough ports or the right kind of port. I can't recommend because Apple is so different from Windows - seemed disorganized to me.

Purchasing this iPad was easy and straight forward. Only issue was the charging port failed and geek squad was unable to confirm the serial number due to the iPad not being able to turn on. I was told that my apple care through my Best Buy membership would not apply for this reason. I understand the situation but it really does kinda suck because now I have to go the Apple in order to correct this faulty charging port. Other than that it was a great purchasing experience.

order never arrived. You folks have many computer generated emails,but no CUSTOMER SERVICE. all emails just meaningless fluff. order placed through corporate website.

As I said I didn’t use it when the product gets to her she will let me know if she likes it or not
