Same as my last ipad. Not happy with the battery longeivity.

20 days only work them , was not charging , I had to take it to Apple Store to figure out what happens

First one broke and it seems cheap! We will see how it holds up with my daughter who is 10.

Not as kid friendly as I would hope for. The thumb unlock is difficult for a kindergartener.

My wife didnt like she could not use without wifi.

This is not a review of this product, but rather about the shabby way I was treated at the Bowling Green, KY Best Buy. When the silver iPad I purchased my husband was defective, I had no choice but to choose another color because there were no silver replacements available.a” I was charged an extra $25 because it had a different skew number. Ridiculous

Terrible customer service my order never arrives to my door , the customer service after the claim it’s terrible I will pay for one iPad stolen Best Buy is not responsible for anything

Horrible service they where very rude I will never shop here again

My old IPad was very different. This new IPad is confusing and counterintuitive. The changes they made are not to my liking.

good for price during sale for basic use camera orientation is bad as it is horizontal compared to vertical

This is a graduation gift for my granddaughter and I will not be the one using it, therefore, cannot answer

For being a brand new iPad i thought it would be faster

Not happy with new A16 ipad. The WiFi performance is worse than five year old iPad Air 2 running on same router from same location. Returned to store but replacement iPad performs the same. Running 18.5 os. Otherwise okay but losing home button and headphone jack also a negative for me. Best Buy handled issue well - product just under performs, in my opinion!

Screen performance could be better not that impressive

I ordered an iPad on Thursday 04/24 , to be delivered Friday 04/25. On Friday I received an email indicating the order was delayed, and might not arrive until 05/09. I decided to wait one more day until Saturday 04/26. I called Best Buy Customer service about 3:00PM on Saturday and canceled the order, which was promptly confirmed via email. The email said my Credit Card would be credited for the purchase price within a few days, I’m still waiting! On Sunday I ordered the same item from another retailer for $50.00 less. It was delivered the following day before 11:00AM.

I brought this iPad, they said it was delivered I looked everywhere in my neighborhood I can’t find it. I contacted fadex, fadex to me to contact the store . When I called the store ( Best Buy ) they refused to refund me. They customer service was very poor. Please don’t order anything from Best Buy if anything you will lost your money.

The ítem was stolen by the company best buy hired to delivery. I made a claim and best buy said that will give me the credit back. The credit was never applied. Went to the store to make the claim and they couldnt help me because best buy flag the purchased, call again and best buy said it will return the money and never happened.

I purchased this as an open box deal with the understanding it was the quality it stated. However, one day out of the return window, the screen started messing up which when I researched it appears to be an hardware issue and now I have no way to return it. I will never order again from here - I’d saved up money for this purchase and took them at their word. So incredibly disappointed

Slow response time. Some apps need to be deleted & added back on. Intermittently content drops off.
