The product is working fine . . . much like the former one that it replaced since the operating system of the older one was no longer capable of being updated. Only learned of this thru the Geek Squad at Best Buy whom I sincerely thank for the assistance!

We had an older iPad that needed a little more power under the hood. Traded it in with Best Buy for a seamless transaction and great savings there too. Very happy with our Apple products!

Lite and easy to use. Great table for any one that is into the mac/apple scene. I would recommend this to just about everyone.

My old ipad only had 32GB memory and I ran out of space for all the apps and photos that I had accumulated over the years of ownership. So, it was time to upgrade to a new unit. The new unit works well. Nice, sharp screen. Transferring my info from my old unit to my new one was real simple.

Needed an IPad for my soon to be 2 year old Granddaughter, Tablets just were not fast enough nor durable enough for her. This IPad was exactly what was needed. Plus my nephew who jist turned 4 has an IPad that he uses on a regular because he is on the spectrum, so my gbaby always wants to take his. Now the two of them can have their own with matching cases and take each others lol.

I have been wanting an Ipad for so long now, and the Black Friyay deal helped me a lot on acquiring it. Very useful and pretty, I loved the pink color.

Able to look at email and surf the internet I can add apps to it and lets me keep track of stuff It’s just like a computer, but you are able to hold it in your hands What an amazing device I like how apple changes the charging ports so much. Now I have so many different cables

This iPad is much faster than my old iPad… the screen resolution is also much clearer. I also like the new Apple features on the screen.
