Exactly what you would expect from Apple - good open box experience and an easy to follow start up/set up process. We already had an existing iPad two iPhones so that also made the set up easier since our apple IDs were able to transfer over. Ordering through Best Buy online was slick too - we added it to our interest free credit card and it was delivered right to our door!

I found it a little bit difficult to navigate as I am not real tech savvy. I have only gotten to use it a few times but the color is great and the battery seemed to hold its charge. I’m not sure about durability as I only just got it. Over all, I am happy with my purchase.

Excellent iPad, display and speed. Better than my old one.

I took my iPod 10 to Best Buy because it wouldn’t charge. Tech told me would cost as much as a new one, so I bought a new one and tech said they would transfer all my data from my old one to the new one for $40. I waited nearly 5 hours there while waiting for the transfer. The tech couldn’t give me an estimate of how much longer it would take, as their WiFi was extremely slow. I wasn’t able or willing to wait indefinitely, so I asked for a refund and returned the new iPad. A few days later, I went to the Apple Store in Pleasanton. The tech there tried charging my iPad with an Apple Charger, and it charged right up. Problem solved for less than $20 and no new iPad needed. Needless to say, my experience at Best Buy was very disappointing.

I bought this for my autistic grandson who is 9 and he has not put it down absolutely the gift of the year .

Love it!! This is perfect for work/school balance, and the battery is amazing!!!
