Beware of open box!

However, BestBuy gets 0 stars for not sending it with the charger and cable as CLEARLY STATED in the description for open box items rated as “excellent” as this was. They refused to send the missing items, telling me to go to my local BestBuy (an hour away) to ask if they had any random charger and cable they could give me from some other open box iPad. The other option they gave was to return the item and buy a new one instead! Wow! The iPad I ordered didn’t even come from the state where I live, so no way to contact that store to ask them to ship the missing parts to me. They refused to refund any of the purchase price even though they incorrectly listed it as “excellent” condition with all parts. I will never order online from BestBuy again.
