Absolutely awesome Ipad. I bought it for my 12 year old granddaughter and it cannot be more perfect for her. I also bought a pen for it so she can put it to good use in her drawings. She is such a good artist already and I can't be more pleased qith my purchase. Talk about 'bang for my buck', this is certainly it!

Works perfect and a great overall iPad. Packaging is excellent and store was quick for in store pickup process.

Bought this for my mama for mommy day. She loves it! She wanted to return it the day after because she didn't know how to connect it to her wi-fi, lol, but i went and got it all set up for her.

The iPad is an iPad and works like an iPad. It's fine, 5 Stars. But, 0 stars for the next day delivery by BestBuy. The iPad was offered to be delivered the next day, so I chose that instead of picking it up at the store. Big mistake. BestBuy sends a tracking number for the next day delivery via Doordash. Next day no delivery. Checking the tracking number at 11pm it show up as still being delivered in 41 minutes and about 66 miles away. The next morning it shows is delayed, last location still 66 miles away. I used chat to find out what was going on and was assured that the iPad was not 66 miles away but in another location and only 32 miles away and would be delivered today (day 2). No show! Chat again the next morning, still delayed. BestBuy was unable to locate the package so I asked to cancel the delivery and refund me. Was told that process would take a few days. The iPad was then delivered via Doordash late afternoon on Day 3. So the iPad is fine, delivery via Doordash sucks. Had BestBuy shipped via UPS or FedEx it would have been delivered the next day and they would have known where it is. Don't trust their delivery date as it's likely a lie so you don't order from Amazon. Order online and pick it up. I ordered another iPad online but for store pickup. Super easy and the people in the store were very nice. Staff very easy to deal with the return of the Doordash iPad.

We love it! It's smooth, easy to use the keyboard, wide and bright screen, and it is responsive. Cannot get any better!

Very nice, easy to setup. It was a set by step set up. I had an iPad just like it for 8 years, I like all the new features, it's easy to understand how to open and use them. And the additional memory will be great. The Airdrop feature and software updates are new features that I'm using. And I like that I can add a keyboard. The split view is another new feature that l will be using.

I love this ipad. I can carry it any where. It doesn’t have to be in one place. It has a wide enough screen. I don’t use the computer as much as the ipad.

The employees were very helpful. Questions were answered about and additional accessories were recommended for the IPAD purchase. It was an easy sell and I felt the price was in a good range compared to the other stores.

I’ve been using this iPad for a bit and honestly I love it. It’s really fast, the screen looks super nice, and it’s perfect for watching shows and doing school stuff. The battery lasts all day which I like, and the pink color is sooo cute. I use it all the time now and don’t regret buying it at all.

Bought 2 for my parents to give each other for their 55th wedding anniversary. They’ve had Fire Tablets for years but with changes with the most recent Fire tablet they were becoming frustrated. I’ve had iPads for many years so moving them to the same tablet makes support for them much easier
