My new iPad from Apple exceeded all my expectations. It is incredibly fast, easy to use, and beautifully designed. The expensive item was NEVER delivered and Best Buy did NOTHING to help! The third party delivery driver from roadie took an extremely dark picture of the wrong house from inside his car with no package in sight. He’s a thief and best busy is no better.

I’ve had so many issues with this device since I got it, I had to get a replacement and I’ve been to back to geek squad 4 times in 2 months since purchasing. I no longer want this, it’s not worth the hassle , shut it’s self down and won’t allow me to do anything with it

I brought an iPad here and in 2 days it started glitching without no damaged I tried exchanging it they said there was no way they could possibly fix it and told me to go to Apple instead.

The worst experience with Best Buy I ordered this iPad and it never arrived I filed a police report I did everything they asked me and they still didn't answer me I don't buy with them again I don't recommend it at all
