    Would have given 5 stars, if the battery charge didn’t give up so quick. Does not last as long as my 8 year old I pad. Much better and louder speaker, clearer picture fast transfer from site to site.

    I purchased this iPad as an open box item for my daughter for Christmas. She couldn’t log into the iPad because it was asking for a password. I took it back to the Best Buy on waterford lakes in Orlando where I purchased it from, expecting for it to be unlocked or replaced but the manager was not helpful. He simply refunded me my money as asked me to go order another one myself. Very poor customer service. Laura
