However, the website didn’t clearly state whether it was compatible with my iPad (with the A16 chip), so when I got home, I realized it wasn’t working. I returned to the store, and the Best Buy employee quickly guided me to the correct, compatible version. The return process was fast and hassle-free—I didn’t even need to present anything other than the product. I appreciated the employee’s helpful and efficient service. I wish I recalled the employee's name. he was efficient and helpful. (Battery life is super long, I use it for Notes and reading as well as personal use, and yes, I now classify myself as an "iPad Kid" lol, the nice display screen also adds to its usefulness and customer satisfaction.
