With not having the all too familiar home button it definitely takes some getting used too. I am a little dissapointed with the charge but it is still way better then my old Gen 5.

Didn't realize no pone jack but then not necessary as dont use for that. Good sound & fast processing. A little bit of learning curve from old Ipad as far as screens but easy to learn

Service at Best Buy is great. It was easy to port my all data to the new tablet in less than 15 minutes! Images are great and the speed is very fast! I highly recommend this product.
