Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.great looks, slick and I bet that under normal circumstances a gread product, unfortunatelly ours was glitch, we got stuck in the middle of the set-up and had to perform a full reset which is difficult without proper guidance (we needed to hook it to a laptop, what if you don't have one?). We returned it. 3/5 stars because I guess we were unlucky; we have other ipads in they all work great.

Still getting dotware updates to this day but the over built quality and screen endurance is just poor. Scratches and dents really easily. Speakers at practically non existent. But overall this is good to keep the kids busy or just some simple steaming. I wouldn't use this for any powerhouse activities.
