    $50 cheaper than the Apple Store. Arrived at hone the next day. The salesman was very nice, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient.

    Just what I wanted, I returned the WiFi only version for the WiFi / data version. Didn’t know they handled apple care which is great as well

    Good product. Bad customer service. I had issues with the billing and called multiple times, the one time we were able to talk with someone, we were placed on hold for about 20 minutes and hung up on. Chatted with someone online about the issue, they said they would reach back out with confirmation and a follow-up. They never did and I didn't hear anything else about it. There was no effort on Best Buy's part to make up for any trouble. While it wasn't the end of the world, it truly makes me want to avoid Best Buy for future purchases due to the chances of this happening again.
