    product had a slight crack when I purchased it tried to return with my original receipt within 14 days I was declined on a return or exchange very upsetting due to me just getting the product. Product works well, though love Apple, but Best Buy will never buy a product again after not being able to accommodate me a paying customer.

    Value for money. I work full time, I needed an iPad to take notes and edit videos. So far I havnt done any video editing but the basic model is amazing for note taking. You dont need anything more if you are just here to take notes and journal!!
