I purchased this tablet for my mother in law to listen and watch her favorite shows. She turned 80 years old but gets around and thinks like a 40 year old. She absolutely loves this tablet. I purchased the warranty just in case something should go wrong and set it up for her also. We love shopping at hest buy for our families electronics needs and they give great service thanks for making my mother in laws surprise birthday a surprise.

Just the size I needed. Very impressed with this product versus my old tablet. Also it has much more memory than my old tablet.

great gift for my teen daughter. she loves the size and quality of the screen. the color is bright pink just like the picture shows. it is easy to maneuver and she really enjoys the camera.

I bought my iPad from Best Buy and overall I’m happy with the product quality — the device works great and matched what I ordered. I appreciated the selection and price. However, like many others, I think their customer service and return experience can be inconsistent depending on which store or rep you deal with. Some people have great experiences, while others have had to work harder to fix order issues.

Bought this to play a mobile game. And to read along with other things. And it works perfect for online gaming. And you can get a basics case with keyboard and it helps now as a on the go basic laptop.

Upgraded iPad for a great Christmas present! This iPad replaces my wife’s decade old iPad. She especially appreciates the faster chip and much more memory than the older iPad.

In exchange for my son’s iPad series 9, I purchased this device, and it has surpassed expectations in every aspect. It boasts twice the storage capacity of the 9, and the most significant advantage, in my opinion, is its use of Type-C charging, which significantly enhances its charging speed. Great Product! I use it for taking notes for my class and watching movies/videos. Works great.

My daughter absolutely loves this ipad! I got it for her for her 18th birthday so she had to use in college. She has a Mac book pro and wanted an ipad also. The only down fall is we bought a magic mouse to go with it because a customer service representative said that it would pair with the ipad. It pairs but then you can't see a mouse cursor on the ipad. But other than that my daughter loves it.

Over all the iPad works good. We do miss the turn off button and the home button at bottom of screen. Some apps work differently on new iPad. Battery life is good. The screen is clear. Sound is good. My wife uses it much more than me to play jigsaw puzzles.

I love my iPad so much! I love the color pink also! Definitely would purchase again.
