I bought this iPad as a birthday gift for my fiancée and it really beat my expectations. The size is perfect, screen is excellent, build is top notch and price was just great. Unfortunately, she got it locked because she forgot her passcode and geek squad on site couldn’t help as the young lad said they sort of withdrew their license or so. Please Best Buy on Gessner ( where I bought my tab) kindly find a way to reinstate that service. Overall I’ll rate this device 10/10, service was excellent too.

I am quite grateful that my family purchased the Apple A16 chip iPad for a Fathers' Day gift. The gift replaced my old iPad that was seven generations old. I was very used to old iPad, but overtime the toggle button had malfunctioned, and our Facetime calls would drop. Now due to the increased speed, memory and battery life our family Facetime calls will be uninterrupted! I really like the security feature of the start button and fast connection speed. I bought the iPad open box in excellent condition and seriously the only way you could tell it was open box was due to the inside paper wrapping around the iPad itself otherwise this item was literally brand new. I doubt the thing had even been turned on. The charger and everything was intact. The iPad itself was everything you hope and expect an iPad to be. Connected easily to my WiFi and other apple products including my iPhone, Apple Watch and MacBook. It just walks you through everything the easy way that apple always does. I ordered this online and it arrived quickly with care at my doorstep. No complaints, nothing but praise. And I couldn’t even complain about the price!

This iPad replaces my old iPad. It is better in every way. Bigger screen, more storage and more user friendly. Have really enjoyed using it so far. Have always been a fan of Apple products and this just reinforces all the reasons why. As an older user, (over 65), I appreciate the easy, straightforward navigation of the device.
