I love my ipad!! i went in person and the store i went to didn’t have it in stock. they allowed me to make the purchase for an in store pick up at another store that did have it. excellent customer service and the product has been great! i started graduate school this week and i think this will be exactly what i need to be successful.

It's an ipad. It does everything it's supposed to. Battery life is good. It's light as can be.

This is a great machine. Very light, and seems to hold it's power very well.

Very fast compared to my older model. Some new features that make it easier to navigate. And, better at safeguarding from marketing “predators.”

It is a sturdy tablet that, when charged, does last all day. It’s an upgrade from my old Samsung tablet. Now it probably doesn’t have the specs as an air or pro and doesn’t have AI enhancement as others but good for everyday tasks.

Great for the Black Friday price. Can definitely tell difference in screen between this and iPad Air.

Does everything I need it to do. I purchased to use with the owlet baby monitor app and eventually when my son get older I will give it to him. iPad does exactly what it is supposed to do it’s fast with no delays and doesn’t drop the WiFi connection.Raneen the sales manager was great she helped me trade in my Samsung tablet and purchase a case and made sure I had everything I needed.

Able to upgrade my elderly mom’s older ipad tonyhis newer version. Despite the changes to the logon access (no home button) my mom was able to work through access to the device. Mom uses on-line streaming and has seem good battery life. The ability to trafe in the old device for a better discountvwas a plus. Customer service as exceptional. Thank you.

This is my first iPad ever. And when I say this is one of the best electronic purchase I've ever made, I mean it. I'm still learning and discovering features I had no idea was on the tablet. The size is perfect for carry on because I travel alot. Best Buy made my purchase and pick up so easy and convent. I love my new iPad

A gift for a friend who is disabled, bought a case and screen protector for it. I think a very good price, I bought it on sale at BestBuy. For the cost of the iPad, it has been a worthwhile purchase, for simple web browsing and simple games, it is more than adequate. He watches some videos from YouTube, really don’t need the more advanced IPads. I would purchase again
