This relative inexpensive ipad is perfect for work, using my companies software, to create site surveys, estimates, and sketches. Also, I can't recommend the Best Buy Total Customer option enough. It saved me $250, and got me back to work the same afternoon, which saved me over $1,400.

Upgraded from 9th gen and yes this has more screen real estate and better webcam. Now I’m really looking forward to os26 and the “windows” interface. Battery life is pretty much the same so no big improvement there. Minus one star as it was a little laggy out of the box but no real issues yet. Also they reversed the volume buttons!? When you’re holding it in portrait up is down and down is up. Still getting used to it and it’s a bit annoying and I’m just confused why they made that decision. Maybe the same team that designed this also did the Magic Mouse, lol.

Bought this to replace my seven year old iPad. So far so good. Much faster all around - web pages load quickly, apps are responsive. Use it mainly for reading (articles, digital magazines, etc.).

Bought as a gift for stepdad for Christmas and helped him set it up; the process was very easy and he is very happy with it so far. He had an older version of the iPad and says this new iPad is much more user-friendly, and that the battery lasts much longer with better graphics and connection speed.

I purchased this unit for my Grand Uncle who is 100 years and six months old. He always stresses the six months. Watching him navigate the screens with the smile of a little kid brings me great joy. I would recommend this product to anyone.

My old ipad only had 32GB memory and I ran out of space for all the apps and photos that I had accumulated over the years of ownership. So, it was time to upgrade to a new unit. The new unit works well. Nice, sharp screen. Transferring my info from my old unit to my new one was real simple.
