I purchased the Apple - 11-inch iPad A16 chip with Wi-Fi - 128GB to replace my older 10.9 inch Ipad (32 gb). This ipad is just what I need to bring me up to the current IOS and use without the limited memory of my older ipad. I bought it on a Black Friday sale and got the best price.

Needed a new iPad since our older one has a crack screen and would not hold a charge, researched a few newer models (our older one is more than 15 years old), the one we received from Best Buy was perfect for our needs, will use Best Buy again!

We retired the 4 year old Android tablet we bought for my daughter a few years back and my wife wanted her to get an IPad so she could exercise parental control over apps downloaded, etc. through my wife's IPhone. In theory, it's a good idea, but Apple's whole security process is very cumbersome and not user friendly. And it keeps pushing us to register my daughter's fingerprints for security, but her fingers are still too small. It's all been very annoying. Otherwise, the tablet itself is great and my daughter enjoys it. But I will stay with Android for myself.

Very satisfied. I am a senior citizen who mostly reads news feed and watches Netflix and Hulu. Occasionally google a question I might have and look at business websites. This machine works great for me.

Love it! This was a perfect gift for my son. It has enough power and is fast enough for him to use for design. He loves the keyboard as well, even though he would have preferred a black one rather than the white one I got. Also, got the iPencil which he also loves! Great product! Great price as it was on sale. Highly recommend.

Screen clarity is an improvement over my last iPad, not surprising considering the age of my old one. Easy set up and does everything i need ot to do.

I love this new iPad; it is better and,I believe, less expensive than my two previous iPads. Getting used to all the new features takes me some time as I am eighty and was not born in an era when people had the automatic intrinsic knowledge of electronics at birth. Nevertheless I have a little victory now and then and learn something new about this wonderful device. Thanks for this new technology.

New iPad, quality design. Just know the button isn’t there anymore so takes a little getting used to.

My new iPad is an amazing, gorgeous, intelligent device. Wish I were its equal and wish I lived in Auburn to take advantage of the annual Geek Squad access program. Since I am neither, I leaned heavily on Bob (?) the Geek Squad guy, who hooked me up with my new iPad and acted as my real time User's Guide. Thanks, Best Buy, for selling good products at good prices and hiring great people!

My son loves it. Great screen amd loads fast. Better than previous generations imo. Ordered it for Christmas and chose store pick up. It was a breeze. Got the notification it was ready and took less than 5 mins to get it once I arrived.

Love Apple products. Was a worthwhile purchase. Great product, great price. Best Buy people were easy to work with. Had no issues with setting up product and reloaded old programs from cloud.
