    As someone who is in customer service, Nadia and Jordan gave exceptional service. I had a glitch with the first iPad I purchased. Nadia helped me out with the second iPad.     Switching to USB‑C charging is a welcome update, replacing Lightning and aligning with modern cables. I don't have to switch back and forth between thunderbolt cable and USB-C. The touchpad sensitivity sometimes cause trouble. Its sensitivity is somehow inconsistent. This is my second ipad for family use and we all love it.
