    I bought the Apple 11-inch 128GB iPad over the Memorial Day weekend. Customer service was excellent. The sales associate took the time to explain the features and the differences between this and the other models. Overall it was a awesome experience!

    Bought this to replace my daughters iPad which won’t consistently charge - dissapointing because it’s only 2 years old. Hoping this model has better longevity. The pickup process at Best Buy was great!

    Purchased because I cracked my old one. They could not fix it. However, another place fixed it for $189. That was cheaper than buying a new one. Well now I have 2.

    I purchase the iPad for my youngest son. The previous one damaged and it is tooo slow. Best Buy gave me the best deal and I have it at the next day! Great !
