I ordered a great iPad and their third party shipper ROADIE stole my package. They came to my house and told us that I couldn’t get my package because he had no internet to mark delivered on my package. So he took it and I haven’t had an update on my order since. The tracking hasn’t moved and it just says in progress Best Buy will not replace or refund my item and roadie will not answer phone. Even Best Buy customer service said they don’t know where it is either. This is so irresponsible for them to hiring randoms to do jobs for a used to be reputable company.
