    I bought this open box, listed in excellent condition. The box was taped up with tape that read “Inspected by Best Buy”. I open it up and it’s freaking password protected! Did they just inspect the box??? Now I have to wait for Geek Squad to see if they can reset it. Their mistake is my inconvenience. If they don’t know how to manage open box items, then they shouldn’t sell them!

    My sister loves it. The touch id is a plus. my iPad pro doesn't have that since it's an older model from 2019

    Its nice i pad once you get it set up but if you Need to chage your password it takes few days For they will even agree to do it

    Light weight and larger affordable tablet. Glad I snagged it when it was on sale. It made the purchase even more beneficial. I have 4 out of 5 stars because the only compatible Apple Pencil available for this product is the usb connection option. Which sucks because it’s a lot of little parts to it.
