Got this as a birthday present for my daughter and she loves it! Coming from a 2017 iPad this is a noticeable upgrade. A big jump up in performance and more importantly for her, storage, 128GB up from only 32GB prior - kids these days with their pictures, videos and apps, the more storage, the better. The icing on the cake was I was previously going to Price Match with another store, but it so happened that it was on sale for the same price! BestBuy 100%!!

Great iPad. The size is perfect for reading and playing games. Use it daily for reading the News and Watching Youtube.

I bought this new iPad after an OLD iPad began having trouble. Many of my friends buy refurbished iPad products and it's hard to argue about the cost savings when you hear about so many good experiences. I use this iPad for work though, and didn't want to take a chance. BOY am I glad I bought this model. It's great! Fast and robust even if it's not top of the line. I will happily stick with this general iPad model and happily work with Best Buy when I need the next equipment for work.

Love my new iPad. It works great on my home wifi, was easy to setup once I got my iCloud account working, the display is crystal clear, and it's lightning fast. I would highly recommend this product.

Compared to the 2nd or 3rd year release of the iPad, this one is leaps and bounds a head. My dad was very happy when I gave this to him. I bought a new case and a pencil and he was extremely happy with the new toy. The finger print reader on the side is ok. I wish the surface area is larger to give the reader more accuracy. For the most part, it does work as advertised but the finger print reader can be better. In terms of performance and battery life, it is pretty typical of what you would expect and this did not disappoint. One thing that Apple mastered is the ability to transfer everything from the old iPad and allowing it to seamlessly appear onto the new device. This is pure magic and it is why I am still using Apple product today.

This new iPad is a huge improvement. It is incredibly fast, easier to use, and has a larger screen.
