Good quality and easy to use. Elderly persons who aren’t tech savvy can use this device with ease. Great for on the go streaming. The battery life seems decent. I always wish batteries have more capacity for longer charges.

Got this as a birthday present for my daughter and she loves it! Coming from a 2017 iPad this is a noticeable upgrade. A big jump up in performance and more importantly for her, storage, 128GB up from only 32GB prior - kids these days with their pictures, videos and apps, the more storage, the better. The icing on the cake was I was previously going to Price Match with another store, but it so happened that it was on sale for the same price! BestBuy 100%!!

I decided to get a new iPad since I had the previous generation for a while and was able to trade it in. I like the upgrade I get on memory and the display. HOWEVER I’ll may have to get a new Apple pencil or find the right adapter to connect my current one, since this iPad uses a C charger.

I am not an apple person I will NEVER own an iPhone but i do have to admit I'm enjoying my iPad I bought it for digital drawing practice with procreate. The screen display is really crisp and pretty the battery life is insanely good and I just really love the color

I absolutely love this iPad. The setup process was super easy, especially syncing everything from my old iPad and phone. All my apps, photos, and settings transferred quickly without any stress. One of my favorite features is the Touch ID fingerprint sensor. It works smoothly and makes unlocking the iPad fast and convenient. I really like that you can register multiple fingerprints, which is perfect if more than one person uses the device or if you want to add different fingers for yourself. Overall, the iPad is user-friendly, reliable, and feels very intuitive. It makes everyday use simple and enjoyable, and I’m extremely happy with this purchase.

I bought this for my husband. He's loving the preset features, easy set-up and it's user-friendly. Also, the color is very nice blue which is a nice upgrade from his typical choices of grey.

So far so good. Works like new. I didn’t realize it was pink when I got it, so I might try to exchange it for a different color. Easy to set up and pair with all other devices and cloud services. If you have Apple products, even better because you can just sync all your stuff over.
