great looks, slick and I bet that under normal circumstances a gread product, unfortunatelly ours was glitch, we got stuck in the middle of the set-up and had to perform a full reset which is difficult without proper guidance (we needed to hook it to a laptop, what if you don't have one?). We returned it. 3/5 stars because I guess we were unlucky; we have other ipads in they all work great.

I recently purchased the latest iPad from Best Buy, and the experience was fantastic! The device performs flawlessly, with a stunning display and smooth operation, meeting all my expectations. The buying process was seamless, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, I highly recommend Best Buy for electronics—excellent service and quality.

I when there to get a iPad fixed instead I bought a new one and screen cover for it when they were putting it on they found a speck of dust under the original screen and gave me a new one because they figured down the line there may be more damage I would recommend them highly

Lives up to its billing. Daughter uses it for work and play. She, as the primary user is totally happy. And the pink one is a great looking pink.

Nice upgrade to previous model . Larger screen power button is in same spot just more recessed. Home button no longer there so takes some getting use to

My daughter loved it. It was an upgrade because her old ipad went out. She really wanted a pink one, but was satisfied with the blue!!!

Bought as a gift for my 83 yr old dad. Easy setup and transfer from older IPad. Larger screen and lower weight were bonus for use. Plenty of memory and speed.
