    Well, it’s definitely not smooth like the more expensive iPads, but I just wanted something that I didn’t have to use my phone all the time.

    The iPad 11 is a solid improvement from the iPad 9 and is designed to benefit from the upcoming OS 26 software update. But Best Buy fell short as usual. One associate told me the only carried iPad Pros and Airs which was untrue. I used a trade in credit. At home I realized Best Buy charged me tax on the trade in credit. A small amount of $11 but still. Not a fan of Best Buy and will continue to but from Amazon when possible
