My previous tablet was a 2nd version iPad Pro 12.9 inch. This 11 inch is a perfect size and the performance is far better. Batter life is great and the USB-C connection is appreciated. The screen is quite good - text and video quite acceptable. Big surprise was the ability to connect many USB and Bluetooth devices easily. My Logitech Bluetooth keyboard with trackpad makes using text processing and web browsing so much easier. I got a nice rebate on my older iPad Pro and purchased when the price was $50 off normal.

Only had it 3 months and it won’t Turn on. I have done everything to try and it still won’t turn.

Stopped working less than a year after I got it and I was told it wasn’t under warranty. Nothing spilled on it or broken but I’m just out I’ve $200

Bought for my daughter. She loves it, plenty of memory. The color is beautiful and very easy to use! She sync it with her IPhone, so now she can see everything On her IPad in a much larger size! She uses it for her paying bills, reading emails, and to play her games And stream movies. The price was excellent for the product.

Great iPad. My mom had gotten this model while I had the 9th gen for school. I needed a better iPad than the one I had and loved hers. It is fast, easy to use, easy to set up and screen quality is wonderful. My kids play games on it at home and i use it at work. Battery life lasts so much longer than the 9th gen.

Returning. Bought to gift. These people put an adhesive label directly on the apple box. They also write some sort of code on the apple box on one end huge numbers. To top it off they mail it in a box 3 times it's size with little packing material so the edge of the box is damaged.

24 hours into owning this and the screen failed. Extremely disappointed.
