    10th gen is cheaper right now.

    someone gave it a one. With no explanation. the 10th gen is on sale for 280. So this gets a 4 right now on the 15th of march.

    Pitiful Service From Best Buy. Use Amazon!!

    I have no idea since Best Buy shipped it to the wrong address. Then wanted to wait until the person returned it out of the goodness of their heart. I ordered the same item from Amazon. No problem. They know how to deliver. I will never get anything from Best Buy unless I can walk out of the store with it that day. Pitiful.

    I bought this iPad for pickup on 4/5, picked up on 4/11, was charged accordingly. The following week was told the order was cancelled, refunded, then on 4/21 was charged again. A few hours later I was charged a second time. The iPad itself is fine. The customer service is a joke and I am now facing bank fees, cut off services, and the inability to buy anything including my child’s medicine. Best Buy has refused to do anything useful.told me it was my bank’s fault, only they could reverse the charges. Not true obviously.

    Item works well, needs a case for safe handling because it is so thin. Should have a port for headphones. Control buttons are too small. Touch control feature is good.

    I charged the first tablet fully but didn’t use it at all. By the next evening, the battery had dropped to only 7%. After exchanging it for a new one, I noticed scratches on the screen of the replacement device. Now I seriously suspect that I was sold a low-quality product in the first place. No wonder it was being sold at a discount.

    I didn’t receive the iPad I ordered however, when I called Best Buy for a refund because it was never sent to me they told me I must go to the third-party. I ordered it from. I said I didn’t order it from a third-party. I ordered it from Best Buy anyway they gave me my money back when it was all set and done

    Because I order to pick it up in store in Anderson sc, but when I got there they claim they was out but didn’t even go look in the back. So they told me I had to switch into deliver and after that. The man went to back and found one and I was highly upset because I had to wait to be delivered and I drove 45 mins to pick it up. Very bad customer service there.

    I actually love the products I bought at your store, just not the service. The clerk was nice but there were about 3 other employees milling around. The following Monday I discovered someone had a nice little shopping spree on my card number. Fortunately I got all my money back, but I will never spend another penny at your store.

    Didn’t even receive it they said they would give it to us and they didn’t still haven’t seen it. It was an item that if you bought this, you’d get this free obviously didn’t get it.

    I purchased a Mac computer and it broke one day after I purchased it. The geek squad repaired but it took two days to fix. They did a good job. Now i still can’t use it because I am not familiar with the Mac I am 83 and not used to changes. I should have got a Microsoft that I know very well. I am going to return this on since I have 30 days to return it. I hope they keep there word.

    I had to go to the cash register to be put on a list for somebody to come over and open up a case to get me a tablet to purchase. I waited 15 minutes and then went back up and asked him how much longer. He said I was still on the list and he didn’t know. I left. If you want to get people to order off Amazon instead of coming into your store, this is the perfect way to do it.
