I had to bring it back twice. The first time I went the geek really didn’t know much about Apple products. I had to go back again and had the good fortune to have Brandon help me. Even though his specialty was android, he was quite knowledgeable about iPads and Neos. He was polite, pleasant and super helpful. He didn’t miss a trick. And he took his time with the process. By the time I left the only thing I needed to do was get in touch with FiOS to rectify some 5G problems that Brandon had identified. Cudos.

Battery seems to last adequately and screen looks great. Runs smooth so far. I would like to see Apple offer a discounted fix for charge port repairs. However, that's not a knock on the product itself. Would recommend and buy again.

I needed a new iPad because I gave my daughter my older iPad Air. I have to say that the new A16 chip is excellent for my needs, it's fast enough for gaming and any office work that I need to accomplish. It's an excellent value and definitely worth the price for what it offers.

The perfect iPad. Its color is beautiful. Easy to set up. It even has the option where it can be set up just like a previous Apple device. iMessage and FaceTime, so you never miss a message/call. iCloud for documents, photos, etc. It is easy to type on several apps to do work or journaling. Great quality of a camera. Surf the web. Watch TV/Movies. App Store is the same with downloads. The device is fast, no crashing of apps thus far. It’s durable, but purchase a case for safety. Battery life is pretty good. I can go at least 48hours without charging. It’s a giant iPhone; same but different. It has this feel to it, that’s difficult to describe as to why an individual would buy this item. However, you’ll never regret purchasing it. Nice for all ages and for different purposes. It can be tailored to your liking. In general it’s nice for everyday utilization.

I absolutely love this iPad, it has a smooth performance and at that price point, it's a steal! It works extremely well to draw and illustrate digital art and it's so fast and snappy. I love the light blue color, it makes it stand out. Point being, I highly recommend this iPad, it's an amazing product at an amazing price, it's the perfect gift to a family member or loved one, especially your loved ones who are creatives.
