Better than the Apple Store!!!

They couldn't activate THEIR product. After several attempts with Apple support, was told to return to store---which I did. Went to Best Buy and there were minor issues BUT, Geek Squad was aware of the need for a new software update for this iPad and handled for me. Great job guys! It still baffles me why Apple did not know anything about their own product...

I’m finding additional ways to use it. The 11” screen is not to large and definitely not to small. The graphics are amazing. I also love that all my Apple products sync and I don’t need to go back and forth to devices- I just grab whatever is convenient.

However , I have to charge it quite frequently , as well as the pencil. I tend to watch a lot of videos. Lately the videos are “rewinding” after a few minutes of watching them, and they are “pausing” as well. This is quite annoying. I’ll give the help line(?) a call if it continues.
