This iPad is a great upgrade. It was bought for my pre-teen after her last iPad 2017 model died out on her and so far she is loving the specs and capabilities of this iPad.

I've been using my iPad mainly for school and entertainment, and it's been a game-changer. For school, note-taking during lectures is so much easier now, especially with the Apple Pencil. it's for my granddaughter she's 4 years old and its the perfect size and weight, great for face timing and for her ABC'S we think its great and love the color

The A16 iPad works well for basic tasks like checking email, editing documents in the cloud, surfing the web, and playing games that are not graphically intense. If you need an iPad for more intense tasks like video and music editing I would recommend the iPad Air.
