I’ve been using the Apple 11-inch iPad with the A16 chip (128GB, Wi-Fi, Blue) for a few weeks now, and it has quickly become one of my favorite devices. Performance is excellent. The A16 chip makes everything feel smooth and fast, whether I’m multitasking between apps, streaming videos, or working on documents. I haven’t experienced any lag so far, even with heavier apps. It’s clearly built to handle both casual use and more demanding tasks. The display is another highlight. The 11-inch screen is bright, sharp, and very comfortable for long periods of use. Watching movies and browsing feels immersive, and the colors look vibrant without being overdone. Battery life has been very reliable. I can easily get through a full day of mixed use without worrying about charging, which makes it great for both work and entertainment on the go. Design-wise, it’s exactly what you’d expect—thin, lightweight, and easy to carry around. The blue color gives it a fresh and modern look without being too flashy. If I had to point out something, it would be that the base storage of 128GB might feel a bit limited for users who plan to store a lot of large files or apps over time. However, for general use, it’s more than enough. Overall, this iPad delivers a great balance of performance, portability, and usability. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and versatile tablet.

This is not iPad Pro quality of course but it’s pretty good for basics. It’s missing a couple of features previous versions of it already had, not happy about that.

The screen size is perfect — big enough for watching videos, reading, browsing, email, and light work, but still easy to carry around. Performance has been smooth so far. Apps open quickly, multitasking feels responsive, and the 128GB storage is a good baseline if you do not want to worry about running out of space immediately. The silver finish also looks clean and premium. Battery life is solid, and the overall build quality feels exactly like what you expect from Apple. It is not the cheapest tablet, but for reliability, speed, and long-term usability, it feels worth it. Pros: fast performance, great size, clean design, good storage, easy to use. Cons: accessories still add up quickly if you need a keyboard or Pencil.

It’s alright with the batter life would last a big longer but i love the camera on it!

Battery problems. The battery is not working properly !

Love the ipad but the battery life on it is awful. It can't last a four hour charge. Bought this ipad for my 15 hour flight and i'm not sure how this is gonna go - would buy a pro if it wasn't past its return date & best buy said nothing will be done. In the picture it shows it being used for not even two hours and the battery going from 100% to 17%... Shame.

It’s locked because I forgot the password , it should be a lot simpler to reboot it

I was unaware this pad has a cellular or wifi option. A Verizon associate advised me this iPad is Wi-Fi only. Associates at Best Buy need to be a little bit more clear with what they are selling.

At first, my experience with Best Buy was very frustrating. I was given the wrong device, it was used, and it was set up incorrectly as Wi-Fi only. Customer service over the phone gave me the runaround, and when I went in person, the Geek Squad made things worse and ended up voiding my iPad. I returned the next day and spoke directly with a manager, and that completely changed everything. The manager listened, corrected all the issues, made sure I received the correct device in the right color, and even discounted the price for the inconvenience. Because of how the manager handled the situation, I’m now very pleased with the outcome. Mistakes do happen, but what matters is that they made it right. I truly hope to receive the gift card, not just because of the experience, but because I genuinely enjoy shopping at Best Buy and would love the opportunity to shop again. Being able to use it toward something I really want and just pay the difference would help me a lot — $400 would make a huge difference. I appreciate the resolution and will shop at Best Buy again.

I am glad I purchased it. But I am having a hard time getting used to no home button.
