Solid First Apple Device - Great for Kids, but Display is Dated I recently bought this iPad as my first Apple product, and overall, I'm satisfied with it. I was hesitant at first, wondering if it was really worth the money, but I finally decided to get it for my child. It's a well-made, interesting tablet with strong performance and a decent amount of storage - 128GB in the base version, which I think is the bare minimum for tablets these days. However, the biggest downside is the display. In 2025, having only a 60Hz screen feels very outdated and disappointing. It really takes away from the overall experience, especially when compared to other devices on the market. Still, the powerful processor helps make up for it, and it runs very smoothly. Good product overall, just wish the screen was better.

Absolutely love it. It’s the perfect screen size for everything I need to do. Great lil base model for someone who just wants a screen bigger than their phone! It’s not heavy to tote around & obviously I’m obsessed w the pink. The battery life is great on it, too!

Recently purchased an Apple iPad from Best Buy for my daughter, and it’s been a fantastic decision. The iPad itself is amazing. It's fast, lightweight, and has a beautiful display. My daughter uses it for everything from schoolwork and reading to drawing and watching videos. With the addition of parental controls, I feel comfortable letting her use it independently. Battery life is excellent, and the overall build quality is exactly what you'd expect from Apple. This is faster, has more storage, better battery and has better features than my old iPad. This is my third iPad and they keep getting better. And got a great deal with trading in my old iPad. Love it.

I was looking for a basic tablet that could function for data collection throughout the work week. I usually dont go with apple products but I wanted to try it, and I was pleasantly surprised! It holds a charge for much longer than expected and even with some larger app downloads it hasnt slowed down! The camera quality isnt great, which is worth noting for people who care about that sort of thing but I didnt expect it to be great for what I needed it for. Its a good purchase if you just want a reliable every day tablet and intend on buying a durable case for it!

Only use it for Social Media, Emails, the Daily Newspaper & Photos. The new design is less bulky and lighter - perfect size and color.
