    Upgrade to this iPad was a great idea; my 6th gen iPad is good but this 11th gen iPad makes it seem real old and slow. Nice resolution, good sound, not too good screen, tapping on it with the Apple Pencil the screen sounds hollow. Other than that it is a very good purchase.

    The worker by the name of David G provided outstanding help with this product and my gaming computer for my son. He went above and beyond! He made sure I saved money, while purchasing the perfect equipment needed. To him it wasn’t about making a quick sale. It was about meeting the customers standards in the store.     I bought one and it was defected came back to the store and they swapped it out for me took about 20 minutes to have anything done great service by best buy
