It’s a no frills iPad, but for a sale price of $279 there are really no complaints. It would be nice for Apple to provide a software update that allowed switched the volume buttons directions when in portrait, but again …that’s software. Hardware works well - it speedy, screen size is good (wish it was laminated) & 128GB is great

A perfect replacement for the old I-Pad. A little faster but still feels just as reliable as the old one it replaced. We feel good about the new device.

My wife loves her I-Pad easy to use and move around on.

Got a good price for a most current version of Apples base model iPad. Apple finally gives you 128GB in the base model where my prior iPad could no longer do IOS updates because lack of space even with only a few installed apps. Ordered online and picked up a few hours later. While I was at it I took advantage of Best Buys trade in program. It was nice bringing in my old iPad to Best Buy directly vs having to mail it in for trade credit.

Works so much better than my old I Pad. And I was able to save all of my pictures.

Great performance you come to expect for this line. Happy to see since apple does more of their components in house the prices have come down making them an easy choice, even as a primarily android user.

Like my new iPad. Last one was dropped on the floor and broke the screen in many pieces. My experience at Best Buy was about not to happen. I was in the iPad location for over 20 minutes without a single employee acknowledging my presence. I had just started to leave and an employee said someone would be with me soon. That person must have been disruptive from something, but did help me with my purchase. He was telling a coworker that his lunch was due and informed me that employee would finish my purchase.

I had a first generation iPad Pro and this is so much faster. So far loving it. I do think the yellow color is more greenish gold than yellow. Was not able to see the actual color as the box was sealed and there wasn’t one on display.

I love this iPad I had to upgrade and I didn’t need to much this is the perfect everyday use ipad
