The lightbulb is really helpful. My only complaint was that customer service was not helpful when I returned to the store the next day after I purchased it. I made a simple mistake and turned on the voice option. They were going to charge me $30. Yes, they did offer me a plan for the geek squad but it was literally two taps and button push. My purchase was literally not even 24 hours later.
