Had to buy a new iPad because my just-turned 5-year-old iPad unexpectedly died, with absolutely no warning. Could not be revived and could not be used to transfer any info to the new one. The new iPad is faster and sharper, but I hate that there is no “home” button. Everything is now swiping and thumb ID. Less user friendly in my humble opinion.

Charges up so fast & holds it. I’m pleased. The only negative is with Best Buy- I never got the link to trade in old iPad for a small refund. Emailed customer svc & never got a response. Will buy from Apple next time.
