This is my first Tablet/i-Pad, so it took a bit to get used to the display/format, but it is good now.

This is a decent iPad for the money. Got it for my mom for her birthday and she absolutely loves it! The battery doesn’t last as long as I thought it would but for the most part it’s still a pretty decent iPad! Much better than having to use a big bulky laptop.

Great iPad for the kids over these holidays as a gift

I love my new I Pad. Before visiting the store I reviewed the Best Buy web site and already decided on the model I was most likely to purchase. When I arrived at the store an associate quickly found the correct tablet in inventory and had a screen protector installed. I also purchased a case to protect the I Pad and attempted to install my new tablet into it when I arrived home. I could not get the I Pad into the case even though it was the correct size. The next day I returned to the store and was informed that the case that I was sold was not the correct one and an alternative was found in the store which I exchanged for the incorrect one. I was somewhat surprised that there was no acknowledgment from the salesman that the incorrect case that was sold to me in error was the original salesman’s fault, no apology, not even a thank you! Little wonder that brick and mortar stores are failing when employees just don’t care. I could have purchased the exact same I Pad and case on line and saved $50.00, there is little or no incentive to go to the store, stupid me, I won’t make that mistake again!
