We can’t say enough about the service we received on our visit to Best Buy to look at IPads. After much discussion we decided on this one. The gentleman who waited on us knew his business and completed our transaction and answered every question we had. His patience was greatly admired by us. I love my new IPad, it does everything I ask of it.

This iPad replaces my old iPad. It is better in every way. Bigger screen, more storage and more user friendly. Have really enjoyed using it so far. Have always been a fan of Apple products and this just reinforces all the reasons why. As an older user, (over 65), I appreciate the easy, straightforward navigation of the device.

I was skeptical about upgrading I’m or always have been used to the circle button like most tablets upgrades happen. I always stand by my apple products as user friendly and setup is simple especially if you have other apple products (iPhone etc) syncing allows you to share passwords transfer of files apps. The screen offers bright graphics especially for videos or typing papers.

The iPad was perfect. Was ready for pickup as soon as I got there. No damage and easy for my goddaughter to use. She upgraded from a 9th generation and has way more storage now. And she likes the camera on this iPad better.

The perfect second screen couch computer. More convenient than having a laptop in your lap. Even this base model is very quick. No need for the Pro models if you're just browsing and checking scores.
