The iPad is amazing and I have no issues with the device itself. If you’ve had any of the previous ipads(I had a 6th Gen) and you liked/loved that iPad then this will iPad you will love even more. My issue is receiving the product and/or the communication I’m getting said product. First of all I love Best Buy & I am a loyal customer for 20+ years and I usually never had delivery issues but getting this product was very frustrating & disappointing. My product came 4 days late of the expected delivery and each day before I received this product I was told/saw the tracking and said I would receive it “today” and it’s out on delivery. I even called and/or chatted with an agent and was told the same thing. Maybe FedEx could be to blame as well but the communication between the 2 was horrible. Anyways, the “final straw that broke the camel’s back” moment for me was when I received my product and the delivery box was badly damaged. It looked like somebody possibly opened the box and tried to re-tape it. Maybe they tried to steal the iPad? Not sure what to think. But then the iPad box itself was “dirty” and it looked like it slid across a warehouse floor or maybe the delivery truck. I included some photos but I regret not taking more photos. Anyways again I love Best Buy but this experience left me feeling highly unsatisfied. Hopefully somebody from this company reads this because this can’t happen again.

This is a great iPad my wife loves it. Has the same chip and ram as a iPhone 14 Pro. Which was flagship a few years ago. Does everything she need quickly and smoothly.

I bought the iPad for my daughter for her birthday and she was absolutely delighted with her gift. I was pleased with the delivery time and how well it arrived. I give it a 10 out of 10 for delivery and how well-protected it was shipped.

I love my pink ipad! It is a great size and does what the more expensive ones do just with less amenities. My kids are able to use it for hours and I stay productive with it as well. Everyone needs an iPad!

I absolutely love my new iPad! I’ve had my old one since 2017 or 2018 and it was due for an upgrade. I love that I have a bigger screen which makes streaming for enjoyable. Well worth the purchase!

I love it so much!! only use it for watching tv and playing games and honestly it has helped me not be on social media as much and to just focus on now instead of being so invested on socials!!

Got it for my girlfirend and she loved it. she can finish her school on it, draw her art, and sketch with it all while being easier because of the bigger screen and she can enjoy the games she likes even more.

Fast and reliable pretty sturdy the bionic chip is reliable for multitasking, its amazing for homework/work and gaming

This iPad has everything I need while being a traveling professional. It is really convenient, the speed is excellent, I move around a lot, which is easy to do with this iPad. I would recommend this product for busy professionals.

I bought this as a gift during holidays. So it was on sale. I love that it is available in pink because that is the favorite color. It is not as fancy as the other ipads but it does the job.

Product works great a little difficult when setting up ran into some issues took it to the store and they handled everything perfectly

i love my ipad. i got it on impulse but i use it every day. i put a matte screen protector on it as well which i dont find affects the screen quality and is easier on my eyes
