    I bought my iPad from Best Buy and overall I’m happy with the product quality — the device works great and matched what I ordered. I appreciated the selection and price. However, like many others, I think their customer service and return experience can be inconsistent depending on which store or rep you deal with.     Awesome upgrade from my older ipad. I love the screen clarity and picture quality. The speed is great too. Battery life is ok, i would have liked it to be longer but that is the only negative i have.
